I came to Le Macaron for their $25 Champagne Bridge. Truth be told, nothing really blew me away taste-wise. The $25 gets you a glass of champagne, a macaron, and a piece of chocolate. I got the gingerbread macaron, which was too gingery for my tastebuds - maybe it just wasn't the flavor for me. I forgot the name of the chocolate I picked out, but I'm pretty sure it had caramel in it. It was nothing spectacular. Also, there was a lip stain on my glass, but I was able to get the glass replaced.
What was nice, though, was getting to sit out on their Champagne Bridge, which overlooks the canal and the Shoppes. We had it to ourselves almost the whole time we were there which was nice and relaxing. We also got to listen to the gondoliers serenade their riders which was pretty cool. This was a nice way to take a break from all the window shopping we did that afternoon.
