  • Love this place. Been there twice based on a friend's recommendation and it hasn't disappointed. The first time I did take-out. The pizza was great but the service horrible. I asked them to bring the pizza after a certain time as I wasn't going to be home. Also, I asked to change the ingredients on one of the pizzas. Not only did the pizza arrive 20 minutes early, one of the pizzas also didn't have the change I had requested for! By the time I got there, the pizza was cold and I had to warm it up. I even called them to let them know, and they didn't seem to really care. If they had a sense of customer service, they would've at least tried to make amends one way or another. The second time I had a sit-down. Good service, great food. Both times I took the Viva Napoli, and I'm afraid the next time, I'll take Viva Napoli as well because it's so delicious.
