had a Groupon for a full set and a fill for my wedding. I had the full set done prior to my wedding and all went well so I decided to take advantage of an offer to purchase 3 extra fills for $169.
I loved the way the lashes looked and no complications until after I had the 1st of 4 fills done. They day I had the fills done, my eye starting burning and become very watery. This continue for almost a week until most of the lashes feel off. I called to let them know of the complications I'm experiencing and wanted a refund of the 3 fills that I purchased because I do not feel it is safe for me to continue. I was told that the store owner would call me back. I didn't get a call.... I got a text message stating no refunds will be made and was sent the paper that I signed that states the same no refund. I was offered to apply the funds to other services.
I totally acknowledge that I signed the paper however it was before I had a bad reaction. How could I have known I would have a bad reaction if I had never done lashes before? and Why would I do other services with a company that the business owner does not call a dissatisfied customer to address their concerns and sends a text message. Very unprofessional!!!
