After Michael Mina closed out American Fish which I was fan of, I was happy to see that he opened another place in Aria. I've been here a few times for brunches and dinners since it opened. I was satisfied each time I left the restaurant. Service: I've received 5 star attentive services each time I was there. My bottomless rosé was always filled up before I noticed. Huge plus for me. On my recent visit, our waitress did a great job on assisting my friend picking out the menu. Environment: it is a casual French place. Sometimes the noise level can be quite high which I don't mind. The decor and atmosphere makes me feel like I'm actually dining in Paris. Food: I had more brunch experiences here than dinner. I've enjoyed my brunch items each time. Although I was disappointed that lobster Benedict is no longer on the menu. Since it's been a few years when I had the dinner here, this review is purely based on brunch. Get BOTTOMLESS rosé! For $25, it's so worth it. I also really enjoy the foie gras parfait here. It's not too salty nor it has the gaminess. The steak tartare and Escargot are also good appetizer choices to share among the table. The bread here is so yummy. My croissant Benedicts were delicious. Although I preferred the lobster one they used to have on the menu rather than short rib. I just tried their French toast yesterday. The portion was huge. The almond brittle was so yummy with the toast. I recommend to share another savory entrees or have the French toast as dessert. This place is definitely one of my favorite brunch spot and I highly recommend you to come check it out if you haven't already!
