  • I have done 3 orders from Bulk Apothecary in the last two months and everything has been great!! Their scent oils smell great and the customer service is outstanding. I receive a confirmation when my order is placed and when it's ready to be picked up! Customer service is very helpful too, I thought they forgot a block of soap, so I went back in to let the lady know they forgot it and she ran and grabbed me another one without any hesitation. They didn't actually forget a block, I just didn't see it amongst the others and I returned it (the next time I went back). I am confused about the negative reviews because I've had such a good experience...three times in a row!! Also, I live within 50 minutes of the facility so I just go and pickup my order and their warehouse is very clean and organized and smells lovely. If you're using these reviews to determine if you're going to order, please do try them out. I'm a happy customer and no I don't work for them or know anyone who does, I just make bath products and I like their supplies!
