  • Stay Away. Nothing But Headaches. This has to be the worst run UPS store ever. I have had nothing but problems with them since we had our mail start going there. No one there (employees, manager, or owner) will take ownership for their mistakes. They just want to blame other people including the other employees and the US Post Office. It took me 7 months after I cancelled the mailbox at the end of our 6 month contract with them to start getting my mail again at the house. Just stay away from that business. I literally had one employee say the manager was to cheap to forward their old customer's mail and after the stack got to big she was instructed to just throw it away. This happened for 7 months as I could not get my mail to stop going to them. I'm pretty sure that is a federal offense but I'm just happy my mail has nothing to do with the UPS Store. Nothing but a big Giant HEADACHE.
