  • The disappointment of seeing a spreading water puddle under my water softener was tempered by dealing with Bryan Anderson and his crew from Integrity Water Solutions. I got the obligatory three estimates. Bryan was the only one who gave me a solid price over the phone. He was very competitive and exuded superior knowledge and confidence so I decided to use him to install the replacement unit. I am sure glad I did. He was running behind on the day of my installation but he called and gave me a new ETA. I truly appreciated that as it told me he valued me and my time as a customer. He arrived on time at the new time and he and his crew went right to work. Within two hours they were done, the new unit in and working, the old unit gone, and the floor cleaned up. Throughout the time they were here Bryan and his crew answered my numerous questions without hesitation or making me feel as if I were interrupting their work. All three were extremely pleasant to work with. I thought the price originally quoted was very fair but then Bryan surprised me with a discount because he had spotted my veteran's license plate. How nice was that? He did not have to do that but it just confirmed that he and his company are, indeed, prime examples of "integrity." If you are looking for this type of work don't look any further. Just call Bryan. You'll not only save time and money, but you'll be extremely satisfied with the end result.
