  • Rude, said I broke it. Then admitted it was already broke after he listened to me. Was going to charge $150 to try to put it back together, but not gauranteed if it fell apart right after he left. Said you cannot buy the same set up anymore and you have to buy the whole set for $230, then pay for installation. My husband already knew that just the handle was $115. and the whole set $150. He charged us $29.99 to come talk for 5 min. No we will NEVER call this business again.
