  • I spent $1200.00 to have the annual inspection service performed with some parts replaced. Within 60 days I came home to a hot house. I called and they sent a tech out. His first question was if I had been informed that it would cost $80.00 to look at it. Even though I told him I spent all this money within the last 60 days and thought the inspection should be at no additional cost his manager disagreed. I could not believe it. After talking with other AC guys who told me how much they over charged me originally (compared to other local AC Company prices) I told him to leave and I would call another company. I ended up needing a new AC. If I could have proved their negligence in the previous visit and endured the heat I would have reported them and pursued legal action.
