This is really a review for two locations. The first one screwed up a repair and kept our car for two months. Now we are in and out of this location for two months. Lots of broken promises and incompetence, and no one seems to know what they are doing. Most importantly, lots of lying. That is just unacceptable. Don't tell me you're going to look at something and then a week later tell me you haven't even looked at it. Who does that?Why does it take four months to fix an oil leak that only occurred after you replaced an engine? We are going to take legal action now. We have no choice. Luckily we have excellent free legal help. Both locations are going to be sued. We have given up. Worst customer service ever.
