This is a good place if you do not have to cancel then it is another story.
I have signed up for 3 months training
Twice I asked the clerk if I needed to cancel prior
to the end of my training,she said "no" you only signed for 3 months.
Then they charged my credit card for 2 more months.
I dispute it with my credit card co.
When I called Youfit, Jeff the manager said that he needed a letter of cancellation to either mail it or bring it in.I brought it in.
Today,I received an e-mail from corporate that I needed to cancel on their form,that I had to go see the manager.
Jeff said that he could not give me a form of cancellation until my account is current
then I am still liable for another 30 days.
