  • Well our Tour Started At 6:07, which the pick up time should have been 5:45 and they gave us a 4:15 wake up call... 22 mins Late. ( when Ed the management of Grey Lines responds to this he will not cover this part) We were delivered to a Transfer Station and Herded into Room where they tried to upgrade us to another tour. We actually bit on the Sales Presentation, which was arrogant at least (when Ed the management of Grey Lines responds to this he will not cover this part) We decided to go on the "Buck Wild" Hum V, tour ($99x2) If your hear the word Hum V, your expecting "Off Road" (Mgr Ed will tell us we would go to where no one else could go) But actually the Bus won't fit in one place and you can actually take a Skateboard to it...:) We actually Parked by the Busses...(Ed) We had two rest places on the 17 hour Tour...The 1st was a McDonalds that already had a Bus there and 20 mins to Order at one register and use the restroom) (Ed will tell us this is out of the Goodness of GreyLines Heart, no extra charge...right Ed?) 2nd stop on the way back was a real crappy Gas Station, with a Subway, Real Dirty Restrooms, Chinese Restaurant and Wendy's was across a 5 lane highway. Again 20 mins time limit... oh by the way he gassed up the bus here. (Ed will tell us this is out of the Goodness of GreyLines Heart, no extra charge...right Ed?) Thank God the canyon was Perfect. Because Grey Line was not! Oh by the way, Mgr Ed will tell us everything is as advertised... right Ed... but it's not... FYI our bus had a serious vibration and was not comfortable. (Ed will not cover this in his rebuttal either) The food at Lunch was like a Middle School Lunch Room. ( Ed will not cover this in his rebuttal either) Buyer beware , Greyline has changed and it's just like every other sales pitch in Vegas. 17 hour Tour, 1 hour viewing of the canyon... Hum V did not come close to the Canyon! ((Right Ed?) and it was Hot Open Air Ride...
