  • We were referred to Johnny last January by our close friends who highly recommended Emerald City. "Johnny is the best" they said. Before going to Emerald City we made quite a few stops at other jewelers in Cleveland & Pittsburgh. All they tried to do was sell us their current inventory. Within 5 minutes of talking with Johnny Kristen knew this was the place. He genuinely wanted to find her the perfect engagement ring. He delivered the perfect ring. Since then we have returned for our wedding bands and a high end watch repair. Service 5 Stars!!! I plan on returning after the wedding for a Rolex.
