I'm normally a very easy going person. I don't mind having to wait a few minutes and I certainly don't care that the one of the beds has a voice prompt. What does bother me is poor customer service. Everyone is usually very friendly and cordial, usually. During a recent visit I overheard Jill mention to the client before me that she needed to close the blinds to block the sunlight. Being the easy going person that I am, I closed the blinds while I was waiting to be checked in. When it was my turn she thanked me and said "Magic is open, I'll put you in there just please don't change the radio station, I'm trying to win a trip to Disneyland." Fortunately I can tolerate that particular station, but I was definitely caught off guard by her request. We all have hopes and dreams, but customer service should be your primary concern during work hours.
