  • I lived in this complex for almost three years and loved it. The unit I had was on the third floor and It was so quiet up there I never heard my neighbors. I also had a wonderful view of those beautiful Arizona sunsets from my balcony. They have a huge pool that is heated, a nice hot tub, spacious lounge area, and volleyball court that is all nicely maintained. I didn't have any animals while I lived here but thought the dog park was a great addition and gives the doggies ample room to run and play. They also added recycling bins to the complex which was great. I loved having BBQ's downstairs to use at my convenience. These are also very well maintained. The only two downsides were the water bill is roughly $100 a month because there is a lot of grass that needs to be maintained and also some dog owners don't pick up their dogs poop and that gets frustrating. The office staff is always so helpful and kind and the maintenance team rocks! This was a great place to live and I would recommend.
