| - In town visiting friends who had to work today. Since my friend and I didn't have a car, we decided to take the Big Bus Tour. Our first guide, Brenden, was good and kept it factual. The only issue was his microphone died for a few stops, so we just sat back and enjoyed the scenery.
Second tour guide was Lou and he is the reason for the 1 star which I had to give. Upon stepping up on the top deck he asked where my friend (female) and I (female) were from and we told him. He then proceeded to ask us if we were married. I was so embarrassed that I laughed it off, but he bellowed this over the microphone and the entire full bus heard and looked back at us. We purposely sat away from each other and felt uncomfortable until we disembarked after hearing him ramble endlessly. He didn't have many timely Strip facts, but surveyed the bus about number of hotel rooms, slot machines, etc. He was the only one laughing at his jokes and he couldn't be quiet- again rambled relentlessly.
I'm not the most PC person and I make and get jokes, but this was unacceptable. I felt humiliated and will never recommend this company to anyone. He seems to lack social graces, but more importantly, had the opportunity to quietly apologize when we disembarked, but didn't. He knew I was upset bc I didn't want to play his games and scowled at him when stepping off. 1 star for your company bc you keep this loose cannon who can't apologize.
