| - My first experience with this office was last year when I was very ill. Blood work was ordered, and the doctor assured me she would do everything possible to help me get to the bottom of this illness. I felt comforted and assured that I was not 'alone' in finding a cure. I did my blood work, and then nothing. I called several times, and the office said they never received the blood work or results from specialists. I called the specialists, they assured me they faxed over the results twice. Complete Care Medicine again were not able to find the results. After weeks of begging for assistance, and under my (apparently delusional) expectations that the doctor would help me - I gave up.
Then, over a year later, I needed a basic physical for my work. Complete Care Medicine had my records, I figured it would be quicker than seeing a new doctor, so I made the appointment. First, I waited in the office for an hour. The desk assured me that this was not usual for my doctor to run so late. I asked at the front desk how much a regular visit is. She said 'It's about $90'. She didn't say it was the cash rate, and she didn't say that she couldn't quote me a price. So I was shocked when I got my bill. They charged my insurance company $250, and my fee is $150. I'm SO angry. If she has said that was the cash rate, then I would have paid it right then instead of going through my insurance. Their lack of communication/organization is apparent. This office is unreliable, inconsistent, and poorly managed.
