  • Visited the Mac counter not too long ago searching for a particular shade of lipstick in bronze, summery shade. The young lady who assisted, who didn't seem too bright in the color parade, kept showing other colors than what I requested. She gave me several shades to try then proceeded to try one of the shades herself in the mirror I was using. I get that they sell makeup and are required to wear the product but not try it on while in the midst of potential sale. Completely turned off by her action as she wasn't really helping me, but helping herself with putting on more makeup than what she already had. The other Mac gals were very chatty amongst themselves and nonattentive. Management certainly needs to step their game up at this location because I am willing to drive 30 min to Scottsdale to purchase from them.
