  • After my Mom's surgery turned into her never waking up, I researched dog boarding, so I could fly home to say goodbye. Preppy Pet had Groupon specials, so I called them directly. I asked what the cost would we from Wednesday evening until Tuesday morning, and I was told that I would get the groupon x 2 price, and with extra day, it would be $79. When I took her in, the night Manager tried to give me a higher rate, and I explained the price I'd gotten from the day manager of $79, and I commented on her needing a grooming, haircut, nails, etc, and they told me it'd be $49, so I said it would then be $79 and $49, he said yes, so I told them to go ahead. Before I arrived the morning I was due to pick her up, I received a call, asking me what grooming I wanted for Delilah. I told them that I didn't think they would wait until the time I was due to pick her up, and to forget it because I was now on my way to get her. When I arrived the same person that was there , as when I took her in and he try's to then charge me $190 with no grooming? All I can say is wow!
