  • My family and I had a great weekend at Residence Inn. This location is very welcoming! The staff was great. All of them were very friendly, polite and helpful from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, security guards and maintenance workers. Special thanks to Tyler! Keep smiling and providing great service. Small talk and attention to detail makes a difference. If you are looking to make reservations here only use the Marriott website. All 3rd party booking services have higher rates. They are pet friendly! The pet fee is not clear at booking online but the rate is fair. $100 per visit. Yep not per night but visit! The complementary breakfast was actually worth waking up. Most of the time when hotels offer this deal I wake up the first morning just in time to see what's left. Then I don't even bother waking up for the rest of the stay. This location did well. The food was fresh and there were options for Everyone. The added plus was great amenities!! The pool was clean and even had pool toys for the kiddos. The outdoor area also had a basketball court and gas grill for your use. The outdoor furniture is nice and cosy. Yes the hotel has a ball that you check out at the front desk free of charge. I always feel that any hotel room could be cleaner. Although I did research on all hotels in the area and even decided to stay away from the strip in order to have a clean room away from the madness. I can't say that I was blown away. If housekeeping was able to take a little more time cleaning the rooms or even deep cleaning more often this hotel would be 5 stars for sure! Totally exceeded my expectations over all!
