  • I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place deserves the 1 star rating. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Haven't set foot inside the office, but the callous way they treat you over the phone is reason enough not to patronize this business. Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient for my daughter and was immediately told "Will you hold please" and placed on hold (as if there is ever a choice if you say no). Left on hold for 4 minutes which is considerably long nowadays. Website states "We also offer same-day and next-day appointments to better accommodate the urgent needs of our patients." When taken off hold, asked for same day appointment and was told rather rudely "We don't do that. That needs to be taken off the website." Asked for next available appointment, was told 2 weeks out. Asked about cancellations and immediately told none available and none for secondary office. Realized it was pointless to try to be seen in a timely manner at this office for something that needs to be treated immediately and not weeks from now. There may be really great doctors at this office, but they are hindered by the rude staff manning the phones. Quality of customer service matters in this day and the ability to be seen quickly in an emergency. Congratulations on losing a prospective long term client and leaving such a sour impression of your business. On a positive note, I was able to contact Dermatology Specialist of Charlotte at Blakeney, speak to a polite representative and schedule an appointment all in under 5 minutes.
