I received a safety recall for my vehicle. I was given a service appointment and took my vehicle in for service. I waited two business days and still did not receive a call back regarding the status of the fix. When I called they said they did not know how long it would take to fix it; they didn't have time to work on it. Being without my vehicle for an indefinite period of time was not an option, so I picked up my vehicle without it being fixed. When I called to speak with the Service Manager, Dustin Bolton, he was unavailable. I left a message and still have not received a call back from him or anyone at the dealership. They clearly consider a safety air bag recall unimportant. Horrible customer service.
