  • When I set up the service it was good. The lady was nice and told me that someone will call me with an estimated time of arrival. The day of the move well not so good. My move was at 2pm and yes I understand that there was a 2 hour window. A lady called me at about 1ish to tell me they are all on time and will be at my location between 2 and 2:30pm. I was so happy to hear this. At 3pm still no one, when I called the lady was very rude that I was about to tell her to cancel, but I needed to move. She told me a supervisor would call me back with in 5min. At 3:15pm still no call, so I called back. At 3:45pm finally they show up. At this point I am very upset because not only was the time wrong, but do NOT call me and tell me that you are going to be here between 2-2:30 and show up at 3:45. Now there is traffic and of course we have to pay by time and since there is traffic I had to pay even more. I have used them in the past and I was happy. Due to this terrible experience I will never use them again.
