  • We decided instead of wasting money on renting suits for our wedding, that we would purchase them instead. Jonah was excellent at helping us pick out the right suits at the right price for the bridal party! My soon to be husbands dad lives out of state and so he was is contact with his local store there to make sure he got the same suit, price, etc. My soon to be father in law got his suit, had it altered and shipped to us for our wedding next month! We opened the box to hang the suit and we realized he had the wrong suit. We called Jonah right away to tell him the situation. He told us to bring the suit in right away and he would get it taken care of. He went ahead and ordered the correct suit, and has it expedited to my soon to be father in laws house. He also went over and beyond our expectations by calling his local Jos A Bank store to let the manager know the situation. By doing this he saved us the headache of calling the store ourselves in order to not have to pay for alterations twice. All in all, this is by far the best customer service we've received in a long time. I would recommend seeing Jonah for your next suit.
