  • This woman is a thief! I used a groupon for a full set and fill for eyelash extensions . On Nov 15th I got a full set of eyelashes. On that day I made an appointment for 28th Nov. to have permanent eyeliner tattooed on my eye lids. Gemma charge my credit card for $275.00 Two days later, I decided to cancel my appointment for the 28th. Gemma would not refund my credit card. She would not return my texts messages nor my phone calls. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card, and we are still fighting over this. I did not have the service done, Yet, she still charged my credit card for $275! Also, I paid for one fill with my eyelashes. I could not get in touch with her to schedule an appointment. When I did finally get in touch with her, she told me that it had been more than two weeks so she would not do the fill. Basically, this woman has ripped me off for $300.00 I am reporting her to the Better Business Bureau, as well as taking her to small claims court. Do not use Gemma boutique and spa! Complete THIEF!
