  • This was my second time in just over a year visiting this Big-O location (the first was to buy new tires). This time it was for their Complete Car Care package. It's basically an over-glorified oil change that includes a tire rotation, etc. While it took a little longer than I would have liked (about 1h 10m), the service was done well and all of the employees were friendly. I even had a chance to chat for a few minutes with the owner while I was waiting. The waiting area, while simple, is comfortable and they had hot coffee in the carafe. I like this place.
