  • One star, and this star is for the "Remodeling Agent" that visit us for the consultation. He was proper, professional and he got on time. And 4 NOTHINGS for the company. We got approve for the loan, and then when we called to proceed with the project, and they said the agent wasn't available for two weeks and that we needed to wait until he get back from a "mini-vacaition". They couldn't send somebody else, becasue it was not "fair" for him... but whats fair for the customer, for me? Bottom line! Don't hire them. You're better off with a handy man.
