  • I would have given them a 5, but a little pricey. My ford dealership was going to charge $179 for my brakes, Ted Wiens charged $210. They do not price adjust. However, that being said. I must admit that Chadd Barnett has the most polite, admirable, conscience and outstanding Customer Service that i have come across in many a years. What a wonderful young man. There was a small misunderstanding and he promptly fixed the problem to my most surprised satisfaction. I will defenitely be back. Thank you Chadd. Linda P
