  • Worst communication after the sale. Trying to reach the owner to share my experience and cannot so.... Hello Paul, You don't know me personally but I am a client of yours. I secured your services back in August to move my items from Scottsdale AZ to Green Bay WI. When I signed the paperwork I was told 7-14 days from time of availability. Never did I expect lack of communication from your team because Brandi and Jeff were great! Even the movers who came to pick up my items on August 27th were great. It was when it passed the 14 day from time of availability did I start to feel like the lack of care from some of your staff took place. Granted I called several times and maybe some of your staff was "annoyed" by that fact so they treated me in such a way I would never anticipate. I was then told by Nicole it's 21 days from availability. I was never told this prior. Nicole told me dispatch had me scheduled between Oct. 5th and the 10th which I wasn't exactly fond of but did check my contract and sure enough. After 21 calendar days, I called back because....no one from your staff felt it important enough to reach out to me to let me know. I spoke with Brandi at that point and she explained 21 business days. So here I am...it's 6:30pm on the 10th and I have yet to hear from your staff, who told me the driver would reach out to me within 30 minutes of my call today. This was today around 3pm CST. My question to you as the owner of this company is this...how is this acceptable? Lack of communication is one thing but lack of empathy? Wow! Keep in mind my stuff has been with you since Aug 27th. Six weeks without a bed to sleep in, and a couch to sit on for a fifty'ish person with arthritis and other health issues is hard enough. To be treated in a way that makes me feel it doesn't matter is a whole other story. I hope you consider re-training some of your staff or select more carefully next time you hire people who deal with the general public. I have 30 years of sales and customer service experience. My most recent dealing is with the DOT industry and what happens in the life of a driver. I am empathetic to their day to day and have no problem with them. It's the service of your office staff that I have a problem with and not all of them . I would ask that you please help me get an answer that I deserve. I don't think it's too much to
