  • If it weren't for the phenomenal food, this would have been an easy one star. Apparently, it is a huge burden to exercise courtesy here. The bartender with the half shaved head acted as if I was really putting her out when I asked her if we could sit anywhere...I waited patiently to ask her while she was having a conversation with a guy that lasted 5 minutes or so. We just stood there waiting for her to finish her story so she could acknowledge us...finally she looks at me and says what do no need? just the beginning...waiter shows up after 10 mins, hands us two menus and instantly asks if we know what we want. We give him our drink orders, and ask him to give us a couple minutes to look at the menu. He does, we order, food comes up pretty quickly...dude drops our food off, and never came back...I tried flagging him down with head nods, hand gestures, smoke signals, etc., and even had the opportunity to say excuse me sir once when he was at the table next to us taking an order, but he ignored us. He showed back up to drop off a check, at which point I was irritated, and asked if he had forgotten about us. He laughed and said no. I didn't laugh and said that I haven't seen you since you dropped our food off. It was delicious, but I needed a side of gravy, and refills about a half hour ago...to this he said nothing. Literally just stood there with a look. Finally, he says do you want a refill, to which I reply yes! I've been thirsty for 30 minutes. Honestly, I haven't decided if I'm going back or not.
