I have been treated so unfairly by Aloft I had to make this public. I stayed here over 4 months ago and Aloft charged my card 5 times the amount of my room last week! I don't even live in Cleveland nor have I been to this hotel since my stay 4 months ago. When I called I was passed from one employee to the next until finally the nervous manager apologized and promised it would be handled right away. It has now been over a week since informing Aloft of the wrongful charges on my card and I still have not been reimbursed. I don't understand how they can legally save my credit card information let alone charge it 5 times without me even staying there! The hotel has made no effort to make this right or even make sure Im a satisfied customer. Honestly, I regret ever staying here in the first place, but my bank account hates it even more!
