  • My wife had rotator cuff surgery at this facility this morning. From the moment that we arrived Chelsea, the charming receptionist - how can somebody be that happy at 6.30 in the morning?- and all of the staff, nurses, anethetists, physicians, recovery room experts, all made us feel special. Nurse Jennifer even brought me a warm blanket as it was very cool 'backstage'- and I wasn't even a patient. I did see a notice on the lobby wall where I spent three hours catching up on my email and reading (Free wifi and coffee) that two physicians with whom I have had personal experience, Dr. Brad Bruns and Dr. Gary Weiner, have a financial interest in this excellent business. I was not surprised as they are both great doctors and would demand high standards for their workplaces. My wife is home now resting comfortably. Five stars to NVSC!!
