  • Horrible scheduling: I had two appointments: I was called to reschedule them twice due to their last minute conflicts: No biggie but one I scheduled off and lost 5 hours of work. Then when I had an appointment on a Saturday, Tech called and said he has on McDowell rd and nothing happening and wanted to head up to my place (North Peoria): i said I had my Daughters Soccer game but sure go ahead and come up and I'll be home in 45-60 minutes. Well after about 30 minutes the Tech called and had an emergency call and had to push me once again. 3 times. No RESPECT for their customer except for their internal contract customers. Go Elsewhere: 1 phone call to ASAP plumbing and they quick to respond and was about about $50 cheaper than Moon Valley estimate.
