I moved to this side of town and was looking for dentist so I stumbled upon carepoint. They seemed to have everything in order. I brought my to girls in for check ups and cleaning. Dentist recommended some extra work, such as a cap on one tooth, an extraction coupled with a space maintainer. This work was over a period of 2 months in which we seemed to have a different dentist every time. anyway, a month later the cap falls off my daughter's tooth, they put it back on. a month later, the space maintainer falls out at school and my six year old daughter loses it. I make an appointment to have the space maintainer put back on. Carepoint calls twice and text 3 times to confirm appointment. 1 hour before the appointment they call and the old dentist is no longer there and the new dentist doesn't do space maintainers. They want me to go to the other location, I say I still need a cleaning, but they want to put the space maintainer. I let them know that I should not be charged, and they contest that they will charge me because it was lost. I say, it wouldn't have gotten lost had you done the work right. They won't budge, so I will no longer be going there with my family of 4 and great insurance. This place reminds me of a assembly line tattoo parler. I worked in medical billing for 4 years and understand when doctors and dentist are in it for the bottom line. That's this group. You would be better off going to Dr Glick on horizon and Gibson. I will be heading back there.
