  • I bought a used BMW 323ci back in 2007 and moved away from Calgary in 2008. I had brought my car in to fix a few problems with the car and my experience was stellar. I am now selling the car (2013), and every issue they resolved has never resurfaced. They aren't cheap, but the work was done on time and the quotation was accurate. Further, I have not yet found another garage that returned my car with a clean steering wheel, shifter, no fingerprints on the upholstery, and no panels left loose or out of place. I can't comment on the last 5 years, but they did raise my expectations of auto repair shops to a level that hasn't been met since.
