  • Purchased a mattress, headboard, and frame from these guys recently. I have to say I've done alot of business with this company and this is the first time I've been disappointed. While in bed all of the sudden the center support snapped as well as the the supports that hold the slates on my side. I have never had this happen to any bed that I've ever purchased. I called them and informed them of the problem, someone is scheduled to come to the house this week to take a look a the bed. The quality of the bed is sturdy and strong except for the support underneath the mattress. Not sure what their going to do about it but I know one thing is for sure, they are going to have to replace it. Not sure if I even want the same frame bc I can absolutely forsee this being an issue in the future. Not a very happy customer! By the way, im 6 foot tall and weigh 200 pounds, by no means should this ever happen!
