Usually, this is our favorite Italian neighborhood restaurant. Tonight was the exception. We were seated outside next to the sidewalk and two families of three wining kids and one persistently screaming two year old with oblivious parents. I was seated in a broken seated chair that continued to break apart as I increasingly became aware of our circumstances. After our order was taken, the "busboy" moved a small table diagonally between us and those of the parents with the kids and began to use it as the prime dirty dishes cleaning stand as customers squeezed between us and the stand to exit the restaurant as their clothes brushed over the edge of our table. The food was good and our waitress very good; however, the eating environment was just plain poor!
