  • DO NOT GO TO THIS REHAB OR LET YOUR LOVED ONES STAY HERE! Listen to the reviews! My grandmother stayed here after a surgery and was neglected, insulted, and was left crying regularly. The food is terrible and smells disgusting. When they'd bring her meals, the smell was nauseating. My grandmother would press the nurse button, and would wait 30 minutes or more for someone! When I was visiting, we would press it and see how long it would take the nurses to come in. It was 36 minutes before someone came. The nurses would claim that they were understaffed, which I can understand. However, understaffed the whole month my grandma was there? It's not the patient's fault they're understaffed so they shouldn't have to suffer. Hire more nurses (that are better trained and actually have patience) with all the money you're juicing out of these seniors. My grandma would call me sobbing because the nurses were so impatient and mean to her. She had so many bed sores and chapping that the nurses didn't take care of. In her month's stay, she only had her bandage changed 3 times. It would've been one time but my mom talked to someone after finding out. After therapy, they would leave my grandma uncomfortably in a chair for hours. Another patient wheeled herself into my grandma's room and wouldn't leave. The nurses weren't responding and weren't taking care of the other patient. The only good to come out of this place are the actual therapists and case managers. They're patient and friendly. I hope they're able to find better jobs at a place that doesn't treat their patients like criminals.
