SERVICE DEPARTMENT REVIEW
12 months ago:
My 2013 Ford Escape was having engine trouble. They got me right in and found 3 recalls (I bought it slightly used). They gave me a rental vehicle, and my experience went seemingly smooth. Rachel was very professional and helpful.
On my road trip my car started doing the same issue it was doing (engine light came on and I lose compression). At the time they couldn't duplicate the issue, which now seems odd that I have to break down in order for them to know what to fix. Also my car alarm kept going off at 9 every night (which it wasn't doing prior to going to rodeo ford). I ended up having to take it back into a dealership while I was vacationing in New Mexico.
Now:
It has been over a year and my car alarm continues to go off randomly. I have brought it in to Rodeo a total of five times this last year. Rachel at Ford refused to give me a loner vehicle when I attempted to bring it in for the sixth time to repair my alarm issue.
I'm sorry but if you cannot provide a customer with a simple car rental or a loner after all the issues they have had, then they do not need my business. I feel like they don't believe me that these issues continue to occur. Rodeo ford will not longer have my business because of their inability to fix my vehicle problems and their unwillingness to lend a rental/loner car.
I've had to bring my car back to Rodeo 2x for every issue I've ever had. 1. The steering/mechanical problem. 2. The popping noise. And 3. The alarm. They were only able to fix the leak on the first try, but that's it. I would not trust them to fix any big problems on the first trial. It'll take them 2-3 tries.
