  • I've definitely had better Vietnamese food but Saigon Noodles is probably the best you'll find in the Madison area. We always come here for the pho (#20 Saigon deluxe) and a couple of my kids love their grilled pork over rice. They must put MSG in the pho broth because after eating it I always get very thirsty and have a slight headache the rest of the day but I don't think my other family members are affected as much. The decor is nice and clean. They do get really busy during peak meal times so be ready to have a short wait and don't expect stellar service. However, food is delicious and well priced.
