  • To start off, I love Art Inn and my stylist Osuka. I used to HATE getting my hair done because I felt like I was being swindled or pressured into services/products I don't need or want. I was a regular customer at a different salon until I couldn't take their sales tactic anymore. If I wanted a roots touch up, they would try to sell me hair treatment while washing my hair, hair products while blow drying, and try to get me to buy a VIP membership ($100!) when I'm paying. They would do this every single time I went in and I finally snapped and decided it was time for a new salon. A year ago I decided to try Art Inn because I was already at pacific mall and was desperate for a haircut. Now, Osuka is seriously my favorite stylist because he genuinely cares about the quality of my hair. He never tries to sell me products or do extra work and actually advises me to come less often to preserve my hair. I love that he'll never rush his work in order to get me out the door faster. Even if the salon is packed or busy, he'll still have me sit there for a good two hours waiting for the colour to take rather than blast it with a heater for 20 minutes and calling it a day. However because I've only worked with Osuka, I can't say much about Art Inn's other stylist. Although the lady at the front desk and all the assistants has always been very nice to me so overall, I do love going to Art Inn.
