  • I took my teenage son and his friends tubing last Saturday. Salt River Tubing does what they do, flawlessly! You stand in line to buy tubes, next you stand in line to get on a bus, you float the river, then there is a bus waiting for you that takes you back where you started, you return your tubes, and you're done! All in about 5 hours. The river was amazing! We took advice of some yelpers and brought sheets to cover our tubes which helped keep the tubes comfortable. Sunscreen is your friend. I reapplied at least 4 times, yet my ankles are hot red tamales! You must be open minded when going. When you start the float, you're close to a lot of different groups of people. Different kinds of music. Different styles of partying. It's all in good fun! I will tell you, the 2nd half of the float trip is the most relaxing. I will definitely do this again!!!
