  • 5:55pm make internet order for 5 sandwiches pick up, 6:30pm 6:30pm arrive to pick up sandwiches. Told that there has been a line and that it "going to be a long time. We do online orders when the line is done." 6:55pm Order ready. "Sorry about the wait can i get you a cookie?" Get home, missing 5 cookies... Are you serious? Call back no help, call the manager tomorrow... Do NOT try and order from the internet at this location! Management, I know they're kids but please coach them on customer service and service recovery
