Wish I could say that I have had a good experience but from the check in for Urgent Care the woman at Registration desk was so rude. I asked her to scan my new insurance card into Epic. So at first refused to scan my insurance card and I had to make her do it so that my insurance was on file. I also told her that she should not argue with a patient who happens to be in pain. The horrible experience continues. The nurse who finally took me into a room was truly more concerned with just getting her job done instead of someone who is in pain. She was so short tongues and did not care really. She did not offer a wheel chair when she came out to get me an made me walk to the most far away room from the waiting room. Keep in mind that I am being seen here for a foot problem that is very panful and hurts to walk on or put weight on. Only after she did vital signs was did she ask me if I wanted a wheel chair if I may get an X-ray. Really???? I am already in the room, walking on a foot that could potentially be fractured. No I'll just keep walking on it. Yeah, that's a great ideA!
