I just bought a brand-new set of BFGoodrich tires on my Ford truck about two months ago from discount tire. Price was good, quality of work was great. After I had those tires installed I ended up buying a new truck, because both trucks tires were compatible I had them switch out tires on the vehicle. Installation went great only took about an hour everything I expected from discount. After driving them I noticed my pressures on the tires were 14 pounds difference from front to back. I was also getting a lot of vibration like they may not have been balanced correctly. Several days later I took them back to have the balance fixed. I knew all they had to do was check the balance on four tires and readjust the pressures. I didn't figure it would take long. After almost an hour wait I noticed that my truck has still not even been into a stall, other vehicles had came and gone. I just grabbed the keys and left. I have utilized both discount tires on Bell Road in Surprise and I can tell you the one towards the 303 has better service and better communication.
