  • Very frustrating. Unprofessional young sales help who dont seem to have authority to actually close a sale. Huge waste of time regarding just getting an accurate price. The prices are not stated clearly on some lines. My husband and I were interested in buying a scooter, but we were told we must wait for the "sales manager". After an hour of waiting, we were handed a price sheet showing $1500 added dealer prep and fees. They made us wait too long for information that should have and could have been disclosed in the first 5 min. Never did see the "sales manager". We wont be back.
