  • I have been a member of 1st Bank since last November. I have to say that Lindsay that opened my account had and still has the best customer service I've had with any banking experience. I hardly go into the bank since I have direct deposit but she remembers my name and always goes out of her way to say hello even if she is busy. Since the ATM and location is not easily accessible they offer refunds for transactions at non 1st Bank ATM's and they don't charge a fee either. This is what tops it all, I got a FREE Amazon Kindle Fire HD for opening a checking and having direct deposit of more than $300 within the first 60 days of the account being open. Absolutely recommend banking at 1st Bank!
