  • An interesting hidden gem. Not for their regular menu items for for one particular one. The chicken stuffed with glutinous rice. Take one chicken and replace all the bones with rolls of flavoured glutinous rice. Steam until cooked. Then deep fry until crispy. I've never seen this dish done elsewhere. Definitely come check it out. You will need to call to order this ahead of time as this is not something they can do on the spot.
