| - I highly recommend this place! I went there on Sunday, arriving later than I hoped, at 5:20pm. She was giving a manicure with no one else in sight waiting. I said hello to Lisa, the owner (a super sweet lady from Viet Nam), and asked if she was still open (the hours on the door indicated that she closes at 5 on Sundays), and she said YES! What do you need? I said a pedicure. She said, come in and sit here (as she turned the water on at one of the nearby stations). So I sat with my feet in warm water and waited a while. When she finished the manicure an came over to me I asked why she was open so late. She said that she has not ever and will never tell a customer that she is too busy for a service or is closing soon. She does not want them going to another salon. She started with me at about 5:40, doing a pedicure and talking to me about my hands (dry) and fingernails (short and dirty with torn cuticles). She suggested that I get a gel manicure, and she picked out a color (sort of like latte) that coordinated with my toenail polish color (dark wine), but lighter and very soft. She did the manicure and her daughter brought me water, making sure I was very comfortable. When I was finished at about 6:20pm, I asked the daughter to please get my wallet out of my bag and help me get out enough cash. The total charge was $57, and I gave Lisa $70 overall including a good tip. She is just the sweetest person and does a fantastic job. She could not stop lecturing me about gel manicures. It was very cute. I love going there, and you have my word on that!
