They now have a new Vietnamese restaurant (Pho Que Huong) merged in with Hope Kee. Unfortunately, their specialty just doesn't do it for me. Pho Tai Nam was ordered but they served Pho Tai instead. They ran out of Nam. That's fine with me but the quality of the soup just wasn't good. The broth doesn't have a rich flavor like true authentic Pho broth. I also tried the Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio. It wasn't bad but they served it with old vegetables that looked like it's been sitting out for a while.
Service: Well, they ended up charging me $7.50 for Pho Tai Nam when it should have been $6.50 for Pho Tai. It wasn't worth waiting for the the waitress to bring this up because she was barely around. I just gave her $1 less for tip.
I really don't understand why people open up restaurants if they can't serve quality food. There was only 2 tables occupied in the whole place at 7PM on a Sunday night. I don't see this place succeeding.
Bottom line, I just can't recommend this place to anyone.
